Cause there's like 19 people on twitter that I'm following that I'm positive I did NOT request to follow and everytime I try to remove them they just come back it's probably a logical reason I just joined yesterday so I don't know

When you are on you twitter home page. Click on picture or the link of the person you want to stop following. On that screen, underneath their picture it says following with a small green check mark in front of it. Click on that and then click on the remove button. That should do it.
