My parents dont like me adding people I dont know on Facebook. but I like to
So how can I add someone and then stop it from showing up on their news feed? Please help!

After they accepted your friend request go to your profile and click the x and remove. Or you could go to your privacy settings, connecting on facebook, click visibility of friends and click custom and select hide from these people and list your parents names and save.
