My tweets are private and I followed a friend who I don't want to see my tweets but mine are private and she didn't folow me back so, I was wondering if she would still be able to see my tweets.

No, you will be able to see her tweets but she will not be able to see yours until or if she follows you. You have nothing to worry about :-)!
