Can you block someone from being able to see a fan page that you've created ... and still have them as a friend on facebook they just can't see that fanpage?

Go to the Ads and pages option in left side of your main page of facebook account. Then you get all the options like setting and more. From there you can hide or whatever you want to do with your page, u can do.
