I want to get away for a while to clear my mind, emotions.. but i cant physically leave, due to working..
Ex girlfriend added me on fb and made an instagram, so i deleted fb to get away from the social world, also deleted twitter.. i enjoy my friends and expressing myself though instagram but kinda not as much that my ex follows me. I have nothing against her, we text occasionally, that she always initiates, but i just have so many feelings and one sided love for her. And one event we experienced that has me a bit on the depressed side. I just wish to lost all contact for a while but not sure how?? Also no one really knows in still hurting after a year and a half apart..

Do other things to keep yourself occupied. Find an activity that you enjoy and get outside more often (: For me, when I want to clear my mind of things I either go out on a long walk or I find a place to listen to my music super loud.
