On Facebook, how many things can you become a fan of? Or is it unlimited?

I have friends who are fans on over 9000 pages. It's undoubtedly unlimited.

As far as the average person is concerned, there is no limit.
From a programming standpoint, historically programming languages have a known issue recording anything past a certain number (which is well over a billion). However, there are math related work arounds to this problem behind the scenes which the average doesn't have to worry about and will probably never notice.
