You can go to ESPN.com
If you have twitter, there is a hashtag called #FlopOfTheNight where you can see links to flops by players though Im not sure if these are all penalized since it is a writer's subjective opinion of what a flop is and not the NBA's.

Well, the best you can do right now is just type "nba flops" in google, and check the news tab.
hopefully, due to the flop fine rule, some smartass will come up with an app that shows all the flop warnings LOL! Till then, just be patient and type it in.
