I was told by someone this lesbian that is 9 years older than me (I'm 20) that really likes me put a photo of only me on a lesbian dating site she found on Facebook.She apparently saves photos and looks at them in her spare time.I am really annoyed because she is pretending to be me and I have no interest in her.I have a boyfriend that I have had for 26 months and they had a huge fight over me to see who would date me.Can I take legal action over this?

Quite possibley you should phone non emergency police line and tell then you are concerned and tell them what she did, they will do something about it x

That homosexual did something ILLEGAL called identity theft(she stole your personal picture from Facebook and placed it on a homosexual dating site),please call the cops and report her,the laws are in your favor and she will be forced by the police to delete the lesbian dating site membership and delete your personal picture from that site,she may even go to jail!
