on my twitter i saw an update from souljadino and it said @scooterswagg then like a comment so how do you do that like comment to someone or send them a message? please help me! thanks!

@username sends a reply tweet to another user (and shows up as your own tweet) and if you put D (one space) then username that will send a direct message to that user.
