I GOT A REALLY LAME QUESTION, BUT I ACTUALLY WANNA KNOW WHAT YOU THINK? - Chyeaa - 12-05-2012 01:15 PM

This is the corniest question, but I poked this guy on FB for fun, and he poked me back ..we made out on two different occasions, but have rarely talked since. Anyway, in MY opinion a poke means "Hey I thought about you" ..and I don't wanna look like a dork and poke him back if he's not gonna poke me back, again. So, should I? Or just not at all.
The thing was, I have texted him recently with a question and he he told me the answer, and I said "thanks!!!!!!" and he wrote "no problem" but never said anything else to keep the convo going.

haha. i think you should just message him now since he didnt really get the message.

a poke to me means "hey i was think about you" & that should be their clue to talk to you first.

Lol stop poking one another and say something to him!! It seems like you may have a little thing for him so go for it. Talk to him and stop with the poking!
Well you asking him a question and him answering doesn't really call for him to get a convo going lol. It doesn't mean he's not interested in you though. You should try to have a deeper convo with him

Lol. Don't take Facebook so seriously. Society as a whole uses Facebook way too much for a lot of social interaction and social etiquette. My personal opinion is that when "poking" someone on Facebook it means you are thinking about them. And if he has "poked: you back it could mean different things. It could mean that he was also thinking about you. Or he was just "poking" you because you poked him.

I would seriously not put so much thought into "poking" on Facebook. But rather, talking to him in person. Be flirtatious, send cute text messages, or on his wall, etc. Let him know how you are feeling and if he feels the same then he will return the flirting.

Good luck! Smile
