Well you didnt provide much detail so i will have to guess a bit.
1 God hates you
2. Your mom smoked crack while pregnant
3. Karma
4. You stuck your penis in a light socket when you were younger
5. Parents dropped you
Could be any one of these but hey you are lucky in one aspect. Most people dont know they are fugly but you do.

Not at all
