my boss at work made a fan page for our restaurant and she isnt very facebook savy so she wanted me to do it but i cant edit it, post statuses or pictures etc. without loging onto her account. is there any way that she can tranfser it to my account so that i can update it etc. thanks for you time.

She can make you admin, and you will be able to do those things. This guide explains how to add an admin to a Facebook page:
