Post on days/times where everybody seems avaliable. For example, late friday or Saturday.

You can put a Like Box in your blog and promote your blog, Promote your facebook page in to relevant groups and pages, Put your facebook fanpage URL in your forum signature, Promote your page in various types of social networking website like LinkdIn, twitter, orkut etc, Use your page URL in the blog commenting ... thus you can get more likes in your page.
