How can I create a page link on my website that doesn't require users to log into facebook? - shellp27 - 12-06-2012 02:03 AM

I have posted this question on facebook help with no success and combed through their help files. I have tried several different ways of doing this from my site to my fans page and it always makes the user log in or sign up. I have seen this though from searching other fan pages that links directly to their fans page with out logging in.
This is for a business fans page not a personal profile!

There is no way to do that. If you post a link on your website that leads to your facebook, whoever clicks it will have to log in to see your full profile. If they don't log in, all they will see is your profile picture, your networks, and a list of mutual friends, if any. It depends on your privacy settings. For example, my privacy settings don't allow people to see my profile picture, my networks, or my friends... all you see is a little button that says "send friend request."
The closest you can get to what you want is to disable ALL your privacy settings. The person that clicks your link will still have to log in, but they do not have to be your facebook friend in order to see your whole profile (that includes photos, videos, apps, friends, everything)
