I receive emails from various companies
I scroll down and then i find 'disable emails here'
I go to the link and it takes me to my facebook account.
I dont know what to do next

xD its called spam, your choices are few
get a new email
or download anti spam software that need "training"
or just deal with it like 99% of the world
