First you might try to understand why ppl following celebrity and company twitter.

Here's one tip, go to fiverr.com and pay someone 5 dollars to make a video for you asking for followers and doing some crazy stuff, then upload that video to youtube, I can asure you, there will be people following you if the video picks up.
