Some of the fan sites are bombarded with fans and I find it hard to believe that real popular celebs have time to answer all the facebook and twitter questions from their fans.
What do you think ? Is it possible or do you think their family members or hired staff man the Q & A on such sites ?

No they don't
Maybe one celeb, once in a blue moon might, but even that is a stretch in my opinion.
