Where on facebook does it tell you what you've basically been up to i.e commenting, liking, etc etc?
The Most Recent just shows comments not status likes, how can I see previous status likes?
The Notifications says No New Notifications does that mean I haven't clicked like on any statuses?

Have you tried going to "my home"?

If you scroll down your news feed you can see recent stuff and see things there, and it'll show you if you liked it/commented on it but you don't really have any commenting/ liking history. Also, if someone else likes/comments and something you have liked/commented on you get a notification.

go to "home" and click most recent, you should find it
