People keep tagging photos titled "(So-and-so's) Top Fans on Facebook"--key words for "These people keep looking at your profile."How (or what application is used) to find those people? I've looked for an app called top fan, but haven't been able to find one.

You can't find out who stalks you in Facebook.

It doesn't rate by page views or private messages, due to Facebook's privacy laws, but by the traffic on your wall, gifts received, etc.
