Girl I like messaged me happy birthday
in text and on Facebook, her friend liked it, but I've asked her out and she said she doesn't know me well enough but she doesn't text me but once in a blue moon, does she want me to talk to her in person?

Ask her but for me I say happy birthday to people on Facebook bc it tells me it's their birthday don't be scared just ask her

well it's not a big case to get a wish in ur b.day from people in fb, cuz ur b.day will be a highlight to ur fb friends (fb keeps it to keep peole scocile) and her friends liked ur post cuz they found ur post good,, and if she is saying that she dont know u well,, u cant be sure that she likes u, if u really like her u've talk with her more, give her good compliments, but dont be hurry bout dates,, just take ur time, its easy and also hard to win women's heart,, so be cool and play cool
