So I was wondering if there's a website out there that can register the bands you like on Facebook and create a playlist via Youtube or other with your preferences? I have over 160 different bands listed and can't do a proper playlist on Youtube.

Try Jampri.com, the closest thing to what you are looking for. It let's you signup with FB account and create music playlists with YouTube videos. Your friends and other people depending on your choice can suggest/add songs to your playlists.
