I'm looking for my baby's father.
I don't have money to pay a detective.
He has no social networking site (facebook, etc)
Please help I've googled public records and all I get is sites trying to sell me a membership
I just want a # and location

I can understand your frustration with only finding sites that want to sell you a membership.
but one 100% free trial for an instant background check is Been Verified.
for something that's not commercial, something that won't try and sell to you , do a Google search for your area + court records and don't go to .com , .net etc websites but instead stuff like .gov
Although.... in YOUR case, you live in Puerto Rico... sort of part of the usa sort of not (you don't need a passport to go there right?) I'm not exactly sure what would cover your island but you can check the bookmarked in the source to find a site which may have you covered.
