I got an email about Fan Check on Facebook and it told me it was a virus. Well my friends have been having problems with it. My question is, can people tag you on Fan Check if you havent become a fan or have the app? I dont want a virus.Please help!

yes people can tag you, all you have to do is untag yourself if you get tagged.
