I havent used twitter for a long time like one year.Now when I log in,it says"Wrong username and/or password".Is my account deleted?

maybe if you had your computer on cap locks or if someone hacked you an changed your password

no. Twitter doesn't delete inactive accounts without sending you notification emails. Try using forgot password option while you log in.
