i want to make my facebook seem like its been deleted when certain people look at it but i dont actually want to delete the person..how do i do that?

Do you even know that this is an option to do, or are you just asking if it is possible? I have never heard of this ability/application with Facebook.

You can't really do that... but you can put people in a limited profile group and just not let them see anything on your profile.
You could delete them from your friends list (which I don't believe sends them a notification) and then limit your search profile.
I'd tell you exactly what to do but facebook is down right now...
Edit: It's back up and you can indeed make it so that nobody but your friends can search for you. I'm not sure if they won't get a notification but I've never gotten one and I know that a few people have deleted me from their lists...

If you want to make your facebook "seem like its deleted" then they WON'T be able to see your profile at all. It CANNOT be "they look at it and think its deleted". In short, if they can see your profile/search for you, you exist on facebook. If they can't search/find you, then you don't exist on facebook to them.
To block them: http://www.facebook.com/privacy/
Set your search visibility: http://www.facebook.com/privacy/?view=search
Profile visibility: http://www.facebook.com/privacy/?view=profile
You can also add specific people to your limited profile, so then they can only see basic info about you.
