i hate facebook like something i've never hated before. but my friends keep on insisting on me getting one to go along with my myspace Artist page. facebook is lame looking. can i add a background like the one on my myspace?

No..maybe it is just your mind that is lame. Without having a back ground everything loads faster and there is not as much advertising on facebook so therefore facebook is better to chat to other people. Myspace is just a place to make it pretty and a lot of 'slowing down' the process to talk to people. just deal with it after a while you start to like i hated it when i started, but now it better that you know what to do on it.
