I am a DJ and just set up a twitter account im looking to get some followers any idea the best way to get some? They do not have to be people I know personally looking to get some new clients and so on plus past clients who want to follow me. Well, you can tweet something that is outrageous and makes people mad. Maybe something about your governor, like the girl in Kansas that did.

Do you want to get them for free or do you have a budget?
If you want a way to earn them freely I suggest http://www.socialclerks.com/ - its an exchange website for all kinds of social media stuff, facebook like, twitter followers, youtube subscribers, things like that...
On the other hand, if you have a budget, you can simply buy tons of followers for just a couple of bucks.

You can use social media exchange website, I recommend Exchange4me. It's basically a free website for exchange of Twitter followers, FB fans, Youtube likes and much more. Since you are a DJ, you could get a lot of them very quickly and I mean thousands of them.

It's not hard to get twitter followers, even without tools, if you know where to advertise your page.
