Going through some of my friends Facebooks, I noticed that they would have comments with 37450 likes or something but when you clicked on said number, it would show the one real person that liked it. How can I do this, just for the purpose of fun?

people aren't doing it on purpose - fb is just going through some glitches right now haha. but it would be cool to do that!
