Someone please help me, I need to know this. I would love it if someone would know 100%.
Okay so does that mean I have to pay only once? Or do I have to continuously pay?

well you have to pay for the text messages (unless you get unlimited texts), so technically yes

The cost depends on your text messaging plan. It's the same as getting a text message from a friend.
