I saw the Aunt Phatso episode, was that the last one? I saw that Liz and Criss are getting married in the next episode, but I don't remember them getting engaged. Did I miss something?

The "Aunt Phatso vs. Jack Donaghy" episode was the last one that aired. Next new episode on November 29th. It appears you didn't miss anything, the Phatso episode aired on November 15th and then on November 16th on Twitter the show announced Liz and Chris would be walking down the aisle in the November 29th episode.
