i had to google to see who he was, but wiki said he uses body weight training and a diet of fish and salad lol, so im noticing the cluelessness now. the general rule i follow is if theres a person on tv talking about fitness, theyre wrong. the media is all about miracle diets and crazy things that will bring in ratings. if someone had a show that was actually accurate about fitness itd last a few episodes and be done, because you could fit everything the general public needs to know into a few hours. after that itd get too scientific or monotonous. so an accurate fitness show wouldnt work.
i actually just put a facebook status the other day "i feel like i should have a health/fitness show to dispel the myths the other health/fitness shows perpetuate." lol.
