i blocked them but it keeps coming up that i have 7 followers!

You have to block them. You go on their profile and block them

Hit "block" or "report as spam" and it should keep them from seeing your tweets. You can also Protect your tweets. (BTW, you should follow me! @sonjeeboyquotes and tweet me saying your following!)
