Also if i was to make one are u able to see the people who became a fans profile?

log out...go to the facebook login screen...at the bottom of where you register it will say "create a club or something for a celb. ect." and you jsut go there...then at the final step you have to log in again

With respect to the second question, the administrators of a page cannot see the profile of the fans of their page unless they are their friends.
Although they have some wide statistics about things like the genre and age of the fans, these statistics start to function when there is a large number of fans and they don't allow the creator to identify a particular fan.
