I am getting new fans every day (an average 12 new fans per day) and the total amount after 3 weeks is 251.Is it good?
My Facebook page is about coupons & discounts , how much percentage from these fans can I expect to read my feeds and come back to my website(My site is listed on my fan page)?

The more you can get FB fans, and the more you can get them engaged in your site, the better.
I know of a high traffic blog with 350,000+ Facebook fans that get 50,000+ visitors from Facebook per month.

You've gone half way with your drive in increasing traffic to you website by using what they call in the industry, social bookmarking - So well done you!! I didnt even know about using facebook and twitter (do you use that too?) for my business because I would rather just create the products to sell that know everything about computers.
You may be able to find someone to optimise your site for you, unless youve had it done already, i had mine done pretty cheap, they quotes £55 but I had it done with less because Im a small business...yippee!!
