Is it just when you login she logs off or she is there? It's Facebook not the end of the world talk to her in person the will get her attention a lot better. Plus she would probably like that a lot better than talking on Facebook.

she's either nervous and cant get up the nerve to talk to you, or she doesn't like you :/ try to message her before she can log off. If you can't message her, then ask her why she's avoiding you if you can.

Try and ask her a question, that way she might actually reply
