I am getting new fans every day (an average 12 new fans per day) and the total amount after 3 weeks is 251.Is it good?
My Facebook page is about coupons & discounts , how much percentage from these fans can I expect to read my feeds and come back to my website(My site is listed on my fan page)?

Use a tracking software such as Google Analytics http://www.google.com/analytics to see if you are indeed getting visitors from your Facebook page to your website
Whenever you post on your Facebook page, make sure you tag the links so Google Analytics can really see which traffic came from your Facebook page, and which ones came from other Facebook links (e.g. another person that shared your link or liked the link from your website

But get a website statistics software. Google Analytics afterall is free.

I will suggest you to like the mark zuckerberg page and ask him the same on facebook i think this would work for you.otherwise try google search engine to earn on facebook.
