My friend’s account got temporally locked. Basically he tried to change his personal profile page into a fan page and tried doing this on a new device. Facebook thought he was hacked and locked the account. This happened already weeks ago and they asked to email his ID. He did that already 3 weeks ago and nothing has happend ever since. What can we do now?
I appreciate any help in this matter!

either make another email address and make another fb account using a different ip address.. or contact them and send them a link to your page and maybe they are able to fix it.
