I created the fan page "Im gonna wake up on December 22nd, 2012 and say, "Fail". it has over 560 thousand fans now. although the publishing rights have been blocked, some one offered me 10 dollars to become the owner. i have a hunch that it would be much more. Any one have any ideas?

No money can be made from this unless you start spamming and Facebook would catch onto this pretty soon and block the page and/or you. Sell it for that $10 cause it's worth a lot less.

It is worth whatever someone will pay you for it. As I can not see any way to make money off such a site, it would probably not be worth much.
If you think you can get more than $10 then auction it off. Take bids on the site itself or offer it on ebay or a similar site.
But I would be surprised if you get much more than $50 for it....

If you lost publishing rights, the only thing the page would be good for is bragging rights, unless you put a little advertisement in the box you can write about yourself (or maybe you can add the Facebook Markup Language to have some advertisement)
Not sure though, take those things into thought
