My friend at work talks bad about everyone she comes in contact with, like what is wrong with them, how they irritate/annoy her, etc. But surprisingly she has befriended all of those people on Facebook and browse through status update at break time and moan again.
I don't say anything, but I mean if you dislike that person, why would you talk to them let alone befriending them on Facebook. She initiate conversation and when people unload their personal stuff, she mock them behind their back.
Also, it really makes me question her loyalty towards me, because she has something to say about everyone she talks to.

She's a gossiper on what you're describing,and she is not a good person. I would not be friends with someone like that.
