I bought a laptop in China and it's pre-loaded with Chinese version Win 7. I am now in Canada, but I have problem going to website like facebook, twitter, youtube, like they are blocked. I have no problem going onto other website such as yahoo.

you have to give more info on what pops up when its blocked.. what dialogue, what warning, that will help us help you better

Probably some software that exists on your [ I'm guessing here ] Chinese purchased computer.
They installed some program(s) that filter everything before you get it.
Find some friends who have been outside a while, and ask them what to do.

that the first time i listen it. my laptop from London and i live in Egypt now and works perfectly.
maybe there is one software blocks you to enter to these sites.

since you bought it from china, chinese people blocks those media. try using proxy.

Chinese version of software block sites not allowed in China.
