I have 800 instagram followers and 168 twitter followers how do I get more??

I would suggest Plus Follower. You basically just sign in through your twitter account and gain around 100 followers instantly. (click on Free, you don't need to buy anything) Remember, this is a 'follow back' service which means you will start following a whole bunch of people automatically. Twitter and social media is about building relationships with your Followers, so why do you want lots of followers?
If you do it right your followers will Re-tweet and Forward your tweets to their followers, so your followers will grow naturally and interact with you.
