How to make that no one can open my profile picture on facebook and like it comment and that stuff?

You can't hide it at all you can block the rest of yourself but the profile pic is for everyone to see, if you don't want them to see it remove it. But I am still wondering why do you want it removed it prevents the wrong people from adding you

Visit privacy settings and hide it. Profile pictures can set to only me.

Change the Privacy setting as "Only Me". By this none could open your profile picture on FB.

Go to your Timeline Profile click on Photos and open your Profile Pictures Album.
Open every single picture and on the top right corner side by the display date you will see icons like gear, friends or globe.
Click on it and select only me or custom as you require.
Now your profile pictures visibility is limited.

For this, you need to visit your settings and set the option 'Only Me'. This would make your display picture appear to you only.
