I am a college student therefore needing extra money to help with expenses on the side.
I have been grooming and pet sitting animals for over 5 years.
I live in the city but not right downtown city.
I am needing to find better ways of advertising my business and get the word out about it.
Does anyone have ideas?
Ive done craigslist for quite awhile but it just doesnt seem to be getting my business going like I would like it to.

Anything to do with pets right now is HUGE. So you're in the right business
Create a FB Page, get a Twitter account. While it will not get you clients right away, it will later down the road.
As for right now, as your current clients if they have someone that might need your services. You can even offer them a % off their next booking if they refer a paid client.
This day and age we live in, is all about relationships. Be kind, helpful, try to meet as many people as you can, network in college. Almost everyone has a pet now days!
