What are the @'s, <, and # for? What does RT mean? I think there's other stuff symbols and words and abbreviations too. If you can think of any let me know and give examples.

@ If you want someone to see it or you are referring to that person
EX: @You you are looking at me tweet!!!!

# Is called a hash tag. You put it in front of a short phrase and it is used to group tweets together
EX: #bockwitme Then, you can search #bockwitme and find out who else said it

RT means retweet which is basically when someone says something you like, you can retweet it to your followers and they will see that you retweet it. If the tweet gets enough RTs it ends up on top tweets and everyone sees it when they log in!
