Most fan pages post stauts updates to their fans, and I want to know how this is done. I just created a fanpage.

Page Admins can update their fans about new Page content, promotions, upcoming events, and more. Pages can send messages to either their entire fan base or target their update to fans in a specific demographic. The messages Pages send their fans will appear in the "Updates" tab of a user’s Inbox.
Your Page can now post status messages - short text-only messages like those found on user profiles. Soon, these statuses will appear in fans’ News Feeds.

On your regular facebook go on the left hand side of the screen where it says pages and go to the next page and click on your fanpage and that takes you to the fanpage then you just type your status in like you normally would. Hope this helps!
