Yes, because some of the boys are shy to say what we really like because maybe the girl likes somebody else that will surely break our heart

well personally i haven't done this but my friend has and was a bit weird but yeah. he did look at her picture to see where she went what she did so i would say some guys do and some do. but it's down to the guys personality.

if the guy really has a crush on the girl he will enjoy asking the girl about what she does. if he checked it, it would mean that he wants yo see what the girl is like but what you say is possible too, maybe he just dont have enough time to ask her himself or maybe another reason.
