I was on my twitter a few minutes ago and i noticed a tweet that i didn't tweet (i know i really didn't tweet it because it said it was tweeted an hour ago and i was in the shower) and it wasn't just spam because the tweet said "Stop texting to this number please you have the wrong number" this isn't something a spammer would tweet. any explanation?

something like that happened to me about a year ago. i'm pretty sure someone hacked your account. i guess just delete the tweet and make a new password to be safe. hope i helped! (:

Sounds to me like you have a phone number tied to your twitter account that is no longer yours.
Look here https://twitter.com/settings/devices and make sure there aren't any numbers that aren't yours.
