I started a fan page on Facebook, and one of the fans is posting rude things. How do I delete them from the fan page and block them?

yea if you just click "see all" under "People like this" you can ban them permanently.
And btw, if your looking to expand your fan page and make it grow try checking out a marketing site, they usually can get you 1,000-10,000 fans guaranteed.
The one i tried was wantfans.com, great experience with them
