I have notice when I am on twitter that people RT and leave comments on the same re-twit. How can a person do that? Like: RT Beyonce has a new cd.... really
I know this may sound dumb but I don't know how to do it

copy and paste the tweet and put RT in front ex:
(you) omg me tooRT @username I love beyonce

You can not do this in Twitter's main page. Just use twitter third party apps to put additional texts to your retweets. I attached some sites that allow this.
