Is there a application that limits time spent online? - completeunknown91 - 12-13-2012 07:41 AM

I would like to limit the hours that I use social networking sites, as I think this would make me more productive. I currently have a preference on Firefox that prevents me from opening more than 5 tabs. Is there such an application that you can set parameters for when you can go on certain websites. For example, if I wanted to block Facebook, is there a program that would let me do that from 11am-1pm?
I think something like this would really put you in the right habit.

The best program on the market that meets your needs is a program called EZ Internet Timer. It is a software program that you have to purchase, but they have a free trial of it at: http://www.internettimer.net so you can see if it meets your needs.

Yes, you can use a parental control software to limit time or sites.
http://www.remote-desktop-spy.com/ limit sites in specific time and more functions, has a 30-day free trial, long enough for you to work it out.
And Safe Eyes, it's a famous parental control tool, you must heard it before. It can record and block sites, and time limit, you can give it a try. http://www.parental-controls-software.net/mac-os-parental-control-software-web-filter.htm

Try some parental control software. As I know this Spytech SentryPC is not bad to control how long your computer use. Hope it helps you.
